We offer shipping within the UK for £5.99 on orders under £50, and free shipping on orders over £50.
For the US, shipping is $9.99 on orders under $200, and free for orders above $200.
For all other countries, shipping costs £6.99 on orders under £100, and free for orders over £100.

Replating
If you notice your vermeil jewellery losing its colour over time, we're happy to re-plate it for you.
Resizing
Our rings can be resized up to three sizes higher or lower than their original measurement. Please note that several designs can't be resized due to their configuration, so please contact Customer Care if you're unsure.
Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 1 Year Warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.
RETURN & EXCHANGES
ONLINE EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
Unworn resaleable item(s) purchased from our website may be exchange/refunded providing that you request this within 28 days from the date on the dispatch note email. TAG must be available with the product.
To request a refund - Please note that a refund cannot be processed at any of our stores.

EXCLUSIONS
Please note that you will be required to cover the cost of postage if you choose to return an item for a refund. Any amount due will be refunded back onto the debit/credit card originally used. Please allow up to 5 working days for this process to complete.In the event that we do not receive your returned item, we will ask you to provide the Proof of Postage receipt you obtained from the Post Office. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this Proof of Postage.
