At MIORAA, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at rk@mioraa.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating the process.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
